Bride & Groom
Hilda
It all began at a work retreat in Ghana. Though teammates, we barely knew each other until fate paired us on the same flight, hotel, and team. A simple bus conversation sparked a deep connection. From retreat buddies to inseparable friends, our bond blossomed into daily calls, laughter, love, now leading us to forever together.

Benjamin
I met Hilda, my colleague, for the first time at the airport as we headed to our company retreat. I just wanted to have fun and meet teammates in person. Coincidentally, we were paired in the same hotel, and a simple chat on the way sparked something special. After returning to Nigeria, I asked her to a wedding, and the rest is history.

💫 The Spark
Ghana was supposed to be about chilling from work and bonding, but we just didn’t realize we’d be the ones bonding most. From bus banter to inside jokes, everything felt easy. What started as “Hey, how’s work?” turned into “I can’t imagine my day without you.”
🔥 The Flame
Back in Nigeria, we thought the retreat magic would fade, plot twist, it didn’t. We went from “let’s keep in touch” to “we talk every day.” Then he pulled the ultimate move, inviting me to a wedding. That’s when friendship started blushing into something more. The energy, the banter, the connection, everything just kept getting better.

Our Captured Moments
Sweet Memories

💍 The Forever
Now here we are, two people who went from teammates to soulmates with zero roadmap, just vibes. We’ve laughed through video calls, painted like fake Picassos, and eaten our way through date nights. We’ve built something solid, rooted in faith, love, and intentional fun. This is forever, but make it joyful, playful, and perfectly us.
Saying Yes To A Lifetime
💞 Why Forever Feels Easy
Forever feels easy because we started with friendship, not fireworks. We learned each other’s quirks, shared laughter over the smallest things, and built something steady before it became romantic.
There’s peace in knowing we don’t have to try too hard, just show up, stay kind, keep choosing each other, and laugh often.
Shared Moments of Learning
We’ve taught each other that love isn’t about grand gestures, it’s in the daily showing up. She taught me patience and perspective; I taught her ease and laughter. Together, we’ve learned that real love feels like teamwork, growing, adjusting, and cheering each other on through everything.
